Who we are

smartmarkets (“we”, “us”) operates smartmarkets.ai and proximustools.com. This policy covers both domains.

What we collect

• Analytics: Vercel Analytics page-view counts. No cross-site tracking. No cookies for analytics.
• API usage: Request logs (endpoint, timestamp, key prefix) for rate limiting and billing. No PII in request logs.
• Email: If you subscribe or receive a relay link, we store your email address for service delivery. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• GPT Actions: When you use Proximus GPT, OpenAI transmits your prompts to our API endpoints. We receive the API call (endpoint + parameters) but not your ChatGPT conversation history. We do not store prompt text.

What we do NOT collect

• No third-party ad trackers
• No social media pixels
• No PII beyond email for subscribers
• No location tracking of users

Data sources we use

Proximus oracle answers are derived from federal public data sources (FDIC SOD, US Census, CMS). These are public datasets. No private or proprietary consumer data is used.

Third-party services

• Vercel: Hosting and analytics for smartmarkets.ai
• Railway: Hosting for proximustools.com API
• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Stripe: Payment processing (if you subscribe)
• SendGrid: Transactional email delivery
• OpenAI: Proximus GPT runs as a Custom GPT on ChatGPT
